Bullfighting or tauromachy (from Greek ταυρομαχία - tauromachia, "bull-fight"), is a traitional spectacle of Spain, Portugal, some cities in southern France, and several Latin American countries. Its origin is unknown and there are several competing, opposed and inconclusive theories.
