Located across the street from Lynnwood High School, it is anchored by JCPenney, Macy's, Nordstrom, Sears and AMC Theatres and is comprised of both a traditional enclosed mall and two open-air areas known as the The Village and The Terraces. General Growth Properties manages and co-owns the property with an institutional investor.
