Alboraa is a telenovela made by Mexican TV network Televisa. It is a historical telenovela, set in the colonial Panama and Mexico a few years before Mexican Independence from Spain. This telenovela was broadcasted from December 2005 to April 2006 on Univision in the U.S.. Alborada also won the TV y Novelas award for best telenovela of the year (2006).
