Apple River Canyon State Park
In the hilly northwest part of Illinois in Jo Daviess County. Limestone bluffs, deep ravines, springs, streams and wildlife characterize this area which offers camping, fishing, hiking, and picnicking. In winter sledding along the rolling hills is popular.
